Si le beurre commence &agrave; fondre et que la p&acirc;te devient trop molle, placez les disques au r&eacute;frig&eacute;rateur pendant 10 minutes. &Agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau bien aiguis&eacute;, d&eacute;coupez chaque disque en 8 pointes &eacute;gales.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_41_9\"><strong>Pr&eacute;paration pour la cuisson.<\/strong> D&eacute;posez les scones sur une plaque recouverte de papier parchemin.
