L&#8217;id\u00e9al est de bien cacher la guimauve au centre du biscuit avant de le cuire. Il faut aussi \u00e9viter de trop cuire les biscuits sinon la guimauve fond et on se retrouve avec un biscuit vide! Rouler la boule de p&acirc;te dans vos main afin de vous assurer que la guimauve soit compl&egrave;tement recouverte. Saupoudrer de chapelure Graham (facultatif).<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_10_5\">D&eacute;posez les boules de biscuits sur une t&ocirc;le, recouvrez-les de pellicule plastique et les placer au r&eacute;frig&eacute;rateur au moins une heure.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_10_6\">Pr&eacute;chauffer le four &agrave; 375 degr&eacute;s Fahrenheit, placer la grille au tiers sup&eacute;rieur du four.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_10_7\">Tapisser une plaque de papier parchemin et commencer par cuire un seul biscuit pour tester la dur&eacute;e de la cuisson: elle pourra varier entre 7 &agrave; 9 minutes tout d&eacute;pendant de la taille du biscuit et de votre four. Retirer du four une fois que le biscuit est bien gonfl&eacute; ou sortir au moment ou il explose pour laisse voir la guimauve.
